HOW TO USE: After applying your Sublime Perfection Concealer, add a sheer sweep of the Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Powder to blur, illuminate, neutralize skin tone and set your Concealer in place. Dab on dark areas and spots with the Sublime Perfection Concealer Brush to brighten. To create a subtle lifted effect, apply additional Sublime Perfection Concealer and Powder starting at the outer corners of the eyes and up toward the temples, almost to the brow bones.
