The Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Powder is designed to be used after applying the Sublime Perfection Concealer. It is meant to blur, illuminate, neutralize skin tone, and set the concealer in place. To use, dab on dark areas and spots with the Sublime Perfection Concealer Brush. For a subtle lifted effect, apply additional Sublime Perfection Concealer and Powder starting at the outer corners of the eyes and up toward the temples, almost to the brow bones.
